Hotteok is one of the most beloved winter street snacks in Korea. As it has become more popular, Hotteok vendors can be found on the streets throughout the all winter time. It is crispy on the outside and inside can be filled with many variety. It is a magical pancake that will make you feel warm and toasty. One bite of a Hotteok will make you forget the cold winter wind. Through the workshop, we will make the original version together, and also learn two other special versions.

The most popular and original version is called Kkul-Hotteok(꿀호떡) and it is filled with honey or sweet syrup, with the aroma of cinnamon.
