A night of celebration will grace the Korean Cultural Office as a selection of award winning short films screen, celebrating cultural diversity. Tales of Korean heritage features films from Australia (Swimming with Chopin, Mother Tongue), New Zealand (KOWI), South Korea (A Glaring Night) and the United States (Making Noise in Silence) that focus on Korean stories in a new found land.
A mix of drama and documentaries will warm the hearts of viewers with their moving storylines. The event will also mark the closing of the New Zealand Korea Year of Friendship, as the Australian premiere of KOWI screens.
Directors Andrew Lee and Susan Kim Danta will be in attendance for Q&A's. Online Interviews with Directors Lee Miji & Mina T. Son will also be available.
